Privacy policy

This site belongs to Creek Street Marketing, a one-person marketing business in the United States. When this policy says "I", that is who it means. You can reach me any time at hello@creekstreetmarketing.com.

The quote request form asks for your name, business name, email, phone, and a note about what you need. Only your name and email are required; everything else you can leave blank.

That information goes into my own client database so I can prepare your quote and follow up, and it triggers two emails: one alerting me that you got in touch, and one confirming to you that it arrived. Nothing else happens to it.

I use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages get visited and whether people who start the form finish it. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you, follow you to other sites, or record anything that identifies you personally, which is why this site has no cookie banner.

There is no Facebook pixel, no Google Ads tag, and no third-party advertising tracker on this site.

Visitors get no cookies at all. The only cookie this site sets is the login session for my own private admin area, and it is only ever set for me.

A small number of services handle your information so this site can work. They process it on my behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes:

• Vercel hosts the site and provides the analytics described above.
• Neon hosts the database your enquiry is stored in.
• Resend delivers the notification and confirmation emails.

I do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or add you to any list you did not ask to be on.

If we end up working together, I keep your details for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable stretch afterwards for tax and record-keeping. If we do not, I keep the enquiry so I remember our conversation if you come back, and I will delete it on request.

Email me and I will tell you exactly what I hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it entirely. No forms to fill in and no reason required. I will get to it within 30 days, and usually the same week.

This site is aimed at business owners and is not intended for anyone under 16. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

If what I collect changes, I will update this page and change the date at the top. Nothing here applies retroactively to information already collected under an older version.
